Biography

Trevor Hammond is an artist and illustrator whose work was hugely influential in the 1980s British Fantasy Roleplaying Games scene and defined the term dungeonpunk before it was even invented. Best known for his pen and ink black and white illustrations for White Dwarf Magazine, advertising design for Games Workshop  and illustrations for Warlock: The Fighting Fantasy Magazine, Hammond stood at the vanguard of alternative fantasy.

In turn, irreverent and gritty, macabre and graphic, jovial and sinister Hammonds style combines counter-cultural sensibilities with a grim dark world of the fantastic and bizarre. Conjuring a world of  insane warriors questing for hyperpowerful artefacts of aeons past in labyrinths teeming with zombies and only stopping in their ceaseless conflict for the occasional biccy and a nice cup of tea.
